What are the benefits of weekly subscriptions?

Weekly subscriptions offer several advantages:

  • Pickup from student mall kiosk - No charge
  • Delivery option - RM1 per pack (RM5/week)
  • Consistent meal schedule Monday-Friday

  • Priority support and flexible rescheduling

What if I'm not available for delivery?

No problem! Our secure packaging keeps meals fresh for up to 4 hours:

  • IIUM Students: We coordinate with Mahallah security/front desk
  • Office deliveries: Can be left with reception
  • Home deliveries: Secure location per your instructions
  • Safety first: Always refrigerate upon receipt

⚙️ Managing Your Subscription

Can I modify my meal schedule?

Yes! You can reschedule meals within the same week by contacting us with 24 hours' notice.

Note: Meals can only be rescheduled within the same week, not canceled or refunded.

Can I change my delivery address?

📍 Different Area Changes

Moving outside IIUM? Delivery charges may apply based on new location.

How do I pause or stop my subscription?

Rescheduling allowed only twice a week and within the same week.

Temporarily pause for holidays, exams, or travel. Resume anytime.

❌ Cancel Subscription

Stop future deliveries. You'll receive meals until the end of your current billing cycle.

Are your meals halal-certified?
